    Stair lifts

    We remove and recondition all makes of used stair lifts (stairlift).  We will then sell, hire, service and maintain all makes of curved or straight stairlifts. This includes Acorn, Stannah, Platinum and Minivator amongst others.  If you want to buy a stairlift fill out the relevant form or call us. We’ll provide a quotation after a free survey by one of our engineers.

    Due to the economic climate, we can still remove most stairlifts free of charge if they are under 3 years old. However, unfortunately, we have to charge for 4–7-year-old stairlifts and add a small surcharge for stairlifts over 10 years old due to the costs involved in waste licences, as well as labour costs of stripping parts and disposing of them in an environmentally friendly way.

    The charges are

    Straights 4-7yrs @ £115+vat   7yrs+ @ £145+vat

    Curved 4-7yrs @ £145+vat     7yrs+ @ £185+vat

    Mobility Scooters

    Most of the mobility scooters that are donated will be suitable for refurbishment.  Those that aren’t will be broken into parts and a donation to the charities which will be agreed after assessment.  This is a good ecological use of the unwanted stair lift or chair lift.

    We collect and recondition all makes of mobility scooter.  This includes Shoprider, Freerider, Drive as well as Pride Mobility Scooters.  Once reconditioned we will sell and maintain these second hand mobility scooters.  If you are interested in mobility scooter insurance then please feel free to contact us at info@stairliftrecycling.co.uk.  We will be pleased to give you a quote.
